Thank you for visiting and shopping at Storoyal. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and has put in place efficient and effective delivery and pickup procedures to make your shopping experience with us a hassle free and affordable one.

You are also assured of the safe delivery of your products to your designated delivery address. Deliveries will be done by well trained dispatch riders.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

We work around the clock to ensure that all orders received are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days. The expected delivery time however is 5 business days. We however do not do deliveries on weekends and holidays. Business days here refers to Mondays  to Friday.
Deliveries may however delay for a few more days if we are have large volumes of orders and we might indulge your patience. Products ordered through back order will be delivered as soon as they are available in stock.

SHIPPING RATES

The fee charged for the shipping of  your order is based on the size of your product and your location. Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed on final checkout.

Products such as TVs, Airconditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines etc

Gh₵ 30 for one and Gh₵ 25 for each additional product

Bulky Products

Products such as large Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Gas and Electric Cookers, etc.

Gh₵ 50 for one and Gh₵ 40 for each additional product

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation notification through either email, SMS or call.

RETURN AND REFUND

If you are not entirely satisfied with products delivered to you especially when you are sure the wrong product has been delivered to you then you can return it on the spot to our delivery personnel. You can however not return the product on the spot after you have opened a product with the manufacturer’s seal.
